what's included in your packaging
Cardboard Shipping Box - Cardboard is fully recyclable.
ECO Packing Peanuts - Made from GM-free cornstarch making them completely biodegradable, compostable, and water-soluble.
Kraft Paper Tape - An environmentally friendly alternative to traditional packing tape kraft paper tape is biodegradable with no need to remove the tape from the box before recycling.
Clear Cellophane Bags & Seal Stickers - Made from renewable corn/potato starch or cellulose. Bags used to package wax melt bars, candle lids and sticker seals for securing diffuser sticks. Biodegradable and compostable.
Luxury Candle & Gift Set Boxes - Sourced from a sustainable and minimal-waste packaging business in the UK that started its journey on Dragons Den with 90% of its stock being recycled/recyclable and 10% of its profits to helping startups grow. Great for storing small trinkets, jewellery, make-up and brushes, etc.
Tissue Paper - Used within our gift sets, is fully recyclable and sourced from a UK business whose focus is on sustainable packaging solutions. This business plants one tree for every order of tissue paper.

Wooden wool - Shredded timber (wood wool) with a lower carbon footprint is sourced from a UK business committed to minimising its impact on the environment. This is found in our gift sets or luxury gift packaging and can be added to your compost heap or garden to break down naturally.
Cotton Drawstring Bags and Cosmetic Zip Bag - Made by me with my 1970s sewing machine. They are made using sustainable and recycled materials including 100% recycled linen fabric that has been spun using short fibre blends from linen mills and fibres from textile industry waste. I also use a 100% bamboo fabric for the liner.
* Some of our accessories including the Pearlescent Burner and Salt Tealight Holder are sourced directly from the supplier so these may be packaged in plastic protective packing.

Bring or send your empty glass containers back to us and you'll receive 10% off your next order.
To post them back to us for free! All you need to do is...
1.
Collect 4 or more of our glass containers.
(Includes diffuser, refill, amber and candle glass)
2.
Request your free returns label here.
(Printer needed)

Wrap each bottle in the appropriate material to avoid breakages, and pack securely into a box no bigger than 45 x 35 x 16cm.
(Make sure lids are attached to avoid any residual oils leaking out. If you still have the box and packing peanuts from your last order, this would be perfect to use)
4.
Attach your returns label to the top of the box and drop your package off at your local post office. They will scan it in and give you a receipt.

saving the bees
2% of every sale of Lib's Aromatherapy Lip Balm with Rose Geranium & Orange is collected and donated to the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, the only charity dedicated wholly to saving the UK's bumblebees.
This money will go towards ongoing learning, research and protection of these beautiful creatures.
