Shipping prices are calculated by weight. I aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. Orders after noon on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. cancellations & returns
If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order or have changed your mind, you may return your products in their original condition. You are responsible for any loss in value if products are not returned in resaleable condition. For more information on this, please see our full Terms & Conditions.

To return your order, please contact me via email at contact@libsaromatherapy.co.uk within 14 days from delivery of your order. You are responsible for the cost of return unless the item is faulty. Please see my terms on damaged/faulty items below. I advise that you return products using a service which will provide proof of postage.

damaged / faulty items
I hope that your item reaches you in perfect condition, but if you receive damaged or faulty items, or an electrical product subsequently develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please email contact@libsaromatherapy.co.uk within 7 days of receipt or finding the fault, or the expected delivery, whichever is soonest. I will assist you with your return.

Once I have received and checked/tested the product, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if I'm able to).

I will not accept a return if the fault arises from abnormal use, failure to follow instructions or guidance, misuse, alteration or unauthorised repair, wilful damage, improper maintenance or negligence on the part of any buyer, user or third party.

Refunds are made within 14 days of our receipt of the faulty item and will be sent to your original payment method. I will refund you the full purchase amount, including delivery. Please see my full Terms & Conditions.
