It's so simple to return your containers to us.
Follow the 4 simple steps below and we will send you your free returns label.
1.
Save your containers.
Collect a minimum of 4 empty Lib's Aromatherapy glass containers.
Diffuser bottles
Refill bottles
Amber essential oil bottles
Candle glasses (any size)
No minimum if returning to us in person. Please visit our event calendar to find out where we will be.
2.
Request your free returns label
To request your returns label please fill in the returns form here.

You can have your parcel collected, or take your parcel to any post office.
3.
Wrap your containers
Wrap each container separately in an appropriate material to avoid breakages, and pack securely into a box no bigger than 45 x 35 x 16cm and weigh no more than 2kg.
Secure all lids to avoid any residual oils leaking out. If no lids, ensure they are empty and dry inside.
4.
Post your package
Attach your label to the top of the box and drop off at your local post office by the 'post by' date shown on the label.
If you opted to have your parcel collected, wait for the courier on your chosen date and hand over to them.
