It's so easy to return your containers back to me. Follow the 4 steps below and receive your free returns label.
how to return
1.
Save your containers.
Collect a minimum of 4 empty Lib's Aromatherapy glass containers.
Clear glass bottles (any size)
Amber bottles (any size)
Candle glasses (any size)
If returning to me in person, please visit my event calendar to find out when and where.
2.
Get your free returns label.
To receive your returns label, please fill in the returns form here.

Collection available from your address.
3.
Wrap your containers.
Wrap each container securely in appropriate material to avoid breakages, and pack securely into a box no bigger than 45 x 35 x 16cm. Package must weigh no more than 2kg.
Secure all lids to avoid any residual oils leaking out. If no lids, ensure they are empty and dry inside.
4.
Post your package.
Attach your label to the top of the box and drop off at your local post office by the 'post by' date shown on the label.
If you opted for collection, someone must be home to hand the parcel over to the Postman.
When will I receive my discount?
Once I receive and check your returned containers, your discount code will be sent straight to your inbox for immediate use.
If returning to me in person, you must redeem the offer of 15% off there and then. Simply visit me anytime at one of my markets or events.
