These Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale purchases from Libby Schembri trading as Lib’s Aromatherapy. By placing an order and making payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Wholesale Terms
Lib’s Aromatherapy products are supplied for resale in their original packaging only. Products must not be altered, decanted, re-labelled, re-branded, or repackaged under any circumstances. This ensures product safety and compliance with current regulations.
​
White label, private label and sale or return arrangements are not offered. Gift sets are not available for wholesale purchase unless agreed in writing.

2. Minimum Order Values
First orders must be a minimum of £100.
Re-orders must be a minimum of £75.

Minimum order values may be changed at any time, although reasonable notice will be given where possible.

An Invoice will be issued for your approval and payment. It is your responsibility to check all details on the Invoice before payment is made. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full.

4. Pricing
Wholesale prices are shown in the Wholesale Catalogue and on Invoices. Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are provided as guidance only. Prices may change at any time, but will not affect confirmed orders.

Delivery charges are not included unless stated. Free standard shipping applies to orders over £200. Hand delivery, where required, will be charged separately and agreed in advance.

5. Payment
Payment is required in full before manufacture or dispatch and must be made within 7 days of the Invoice date.

Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared. All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling (£).

6. Lead Time
Standard lead time is 10–14 working days from receipt of payment. Larger orders may require additional time. If products are already in stock, orders may be dispatched sooner.

If delays occur due to material shortages or circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified as soon as possible.
7. Delivery
Delivery charges will be shown on the Invoice unless free shipping applies. Orders are sent by tracked courier or delivered personally where agreed. Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Inspection of Goods
Orders must be inspected on delivery, and any damages, shortages, or errors must be reported within 3 days of delivery by email. Where applicable, photos should be provided. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

9. Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused and in resaleable condition in their original packaging.
Returns must be securely packaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the Goods are faulty or incorrect.

10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns procedure applies.

11. Liability
Lib’s Aromatherapy products are supplied for resale by the wholesale customer. Our responsibility is limited to the supply of Goods to the wholesale customer only. We accept no liability for loss or damage arising from resale or use of the Goods by third parties. Products must be stored and handled according to the instructions provided.

12. General
