Professional Trade Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to professional trade orders placed with Lib’s Aromatherapy.

1. Professional Use
Trade pricing is available to therapists and practitioners using Lib’s Aromatherapy products within professional treatments or services. Products supplied under trade pricing are intended for professional use and are not for resale. Applications for trade pricing may be declined where professional use cannot be confirmed. Trade pricing may be withdrawn if products are found to be used outside the intended professional purpose.
2. Orders
Trade orders are supplied via invoice. Minimum order value is £50. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Lib’s Aromatherapy reserves the right to decline trade orders where appropriate.
3. Pricing
Trade pricing is available to approved professional customers. Prices may be updated from time to time. The current price list will apply at the time of ordering.
4. Payment
Orders are supplied via invoice and can be paid securely by card or PayPal. Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
Delivery costs will be confirmed before ordering. Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £200. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Lib’s Aromatherapy cannot accept responsibility for courier delays.
6. Returns
Due to the nature of the products, trade orders cannot normally be returned. If products arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.
7. Natural Products
All products are made using natural ingredients and pure essential oils. Natural variation in colour and aroma may occur between batches. This does not affect product quality.
8. Professional Responsibility
Therapists and practitioners are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their treatments and clients. Lib’s Aromatherapy cannot accept responsibility for the application or use of products within treatments.

9. Product Information
Product information and safety guidance are provided where appropriate. Therapists and practitioners are responsible for using products in accordance with their professional training and experience.

10. Liability
Products are supplied as finished aromatherapy products suitable for professional use. Depending on order quantity, products may be supplied in non-retail packaging intended for professional use. Lib’s Aromatherapy cannot accept responsibility for misuse of products after delivery.
