Event & Corporate Order Terms

These terms apply to wedding, event and corporate orders placed with Lib's Aromatherapy.

1. Orders

Event and corporate orders are supplied for one-off events or gifting and are not intended for resale. Retail wholesale pricing does not apply to event orders. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Minimum quantities may apply depending on the products ordered.

 

2. Pricing

Prices for event and corporate orders are quoted individually based on quantity and product selection. Tiered discounts may be available for larger quantities. Prices are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.

 

3. Custom or Bespoke Blends

Custom blends may be available for larger orders, depending on quantity and requirements. Bespoke blends require development time and safety documentation and are quoted individually. Minimum quantities and development fees may apply. Existing blends from the standard range are usually the most practical and cost-effective option for event orders. Lib’s Aromatherapy reserves the right to decline bespoke blend requests where minimum quantities or practical requirements cannot be met.

 

4. Lead Times

Event orders require sufficient production time. Typical lead times are:

• Standard products - 1-3 weeks

• Large or customised orders - 3-6 weeks

Lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed. Customers are responsible for ordering in good time before their event date.

 

5. Payment

Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Orders are supplied via invoice and can be paid securely by card or PayPal. Production may not begin until payment has been received.

 

6. Cancellations

Due to the handmade nature of the products, event orders may not be cancelled once production has started. If cancellation is requested before production begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.

 

7. Returns

Event and corporate orders are made to order and cannot normally be returned. If products arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.

 

8. Natural Products

All products are made using natural ingredients and pure essential oils. Natural variation in colour and scent may occur between batches. This does not affect product quality.

 

9. Delivery

Delivery costs will be confirmed before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Lib’s Aromatherapy cannot accept responsibility for courier delays.

 

10. Liability

Products are supplied as finished retail goods. Lib’s Aromatherapy cannot accept responsibility for misuse of products after delivery.
