If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, or you have changed your mind, you may return your products in their original, unused/sealed condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If items are not returned in this state you are responsible for any loss in value.
Any refunds will be processed once an item is received and checked.
The refund will include the outward shipping. However, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded unless the item was sent to you in error. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items. Faulty items are items that are unable to be used due to a fault.

Returning a faulty items (Electrical)
If your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase or delivery note for a replacement, or if preferred, a full refund. If returning after 30 days then only a replacement can be offered.
Please email prior to returning at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this instance, a returns label will be generated and sent to the email address you provided to us at time of purchase.
